As I said, I am a Middle Child, with two older sisters (one who for some steeerange reason prefers not to cbe in touch???) and two younger ones...

My eldest sister (right hand side) sent this lovely photo to me to show me what Christmas morning was like in Tewantin (near Noosa in Queensland), which has no winter and is much hotter and more humid than here believe it or not...

Aren't they two beauties, even the doggie Sparky id interested as you can see from the quizzical look he is casting their way...

A little faery tells me that it wasn't just the heat they were suffering from... not like me just half a bottle of Melissa's favourite pink sparkly stuff the evening before...these two are much more seasoned drinkers than that...methinks that a very good evening preceeded this debacle of Australian Womanhood.
