We all had bizarre haircuts in the 1950's...some kids had big bows we just had short cuts for economy... ( but I did have shoes on!!!) I m looking at my sisters' toes all acurled up and wondering was that cement a tad warm!
I'm on the left : ) holding a politically incorrect Golliwog I called "Jacky Jacky" - Aussies will comprehend this most PC incorrect of names... do I go to jail for this yet...?

PMSL, a love to hate relationship for sure, and don;t all families have that??? Well, if people say no them they have gotta be lying.
My lil sister had all the girlie things, but I got a horse and had lots of friends and just loved everyone..oh, and I too had a Gollywog I named Bindi...and I don't care, I love everyone, so naming it a Gollywog is not meant to hurt anyone, it is what it is.

Hi MC:
I am still here...but barely. School kiddos have me crazier than a loon...the worst year ever for colds, stomach flu and back all around again again and again. We have even closed schools up here due to epidemic sicknesses. That is a first in decades...will write this weekend...blessings friend, CS

Thanks for visiting...I think your blog is GREAT! I didn't have a smartsy fartsy sister just a horribly annoying brother and I cut off my own hair at times. Be glad you have no freezing rain, snow and ice...the older I get the less I can tolerate it. If ok I will add you to my blog roll. visit again.

The haircuts of today are gonna look really stupid in fifteen years. I'm sporting a friggin' faux-hawk...when I'm 50 I'm going to HATE looking at pics of myself! ;)
