They are just brilliant photos, magazine worthy. Must be a good camera too. Look out little dogs and cats.
Beautiful birds and their beaks really do like frog mouths.
The first time i got to see one of these awesome creatures was at a Wildlife Sactuary here in Victoria. The man fed the Tawny bird a little mouse, what a big big mouth it has! I love them!
I wonder where the "wise" came into the owl equation? They look more manic than wise. ;) Great photos as always T.

Andrew...bought it about 3 years back cost $600 (paid it off) but today would be worth about $150...the owl was very close and very still
Random...you should see them when they pretend to be a piece of branch...I have that on some old photos somewhere and should post soon.

Foxy...they are amazing... when you see them in camoflage maybe then they are wise...
Sara yes these are amazing birds...the photos were easy as the birds were so still and didn't move when i came near them
