That could be me in any of those pictures. I'm too damn stubborn to let anyone carry something that I chose to bring along. Drives some (friendly, well meaning) guys nuts.
These guys don't seem to be bothered, though, haha.
Thanks all...he wasn't like these people...when we got home from the grocery shop he would make me put every single bag on his chair, his knees, his handlebars and his footplates and drive them all into the kitchen...many times they'd fall off and we'd load up again but he would not let me carry stuff unless it was unavoidable...whata man, even in a wheelchair...made me olde heart warm.
