RUSSELL MORRIS.........

When I was a Teeny Bop in the late 1960's I would have sold my soul for a night with this gent... well known in Australia...he was so pretty...

and now that he is as old as I this still makes me cry or is it sigh...weak thing that I am...

I saw on tele some time back that when he and Brian Cadd did this they were soooo stoned (the first one - in 1969) the song got longer and longer and longer... and they just recorded it as it came out and there it was a Hit... In Australia....

shoot MC, I still have the old dial up ...they say we may never get cable in my neck o' woods so we may look into the satelite thingy so I can see everyone's videos. So expensive.

Happy Birthday month to you dear friend. And I remember last year that Don gave you a beautiful heart necklace for V-day..you were so surprised. Take a pix for us so we can see it again ...hugs and hugs MC

RusselMorris has always had very thin hair, those of us who do, are eternally envious of the Elles and Jemima Khans and Cindy Crawfords and all those gorgeous people with a good head of hair who would be NOTHING! nothing (the dreary cows) without it ... what was I saying?

oh yeah - I overheard RM say decades ago to a friend of mine
"gee man your hairs so thick I bet if I touched it I couldn't even feel your head"

(you think I made that up don't you?)

Middlechild, you little raver.

Annie's right about RM. I met him when he was making 'the real thing' and he was practically transparent he was so pale and the hair could be counted on two hands. He looked like a cave dweller who hadn't seen sunlight in years.

I haven't had my hair cut in 30 years but it's shrinking. Oh for the days when I could sit on it.

Cazzie... pleased to see you young 'uns like the music we grew up with
CS - we don 't have cable either. but Broadband which comes through the phone lines but doesn't tie up the phone...do you have broadband?
Ann O dyne we're the think hair family type...but none of us famous...sigh
Jahteh...I was forced to have a basin cut (as you can see) as a kid so refused short hair ever since... RM did always look like he'd neverseen the sun, but I was 15 and my friend Sharon and I thought he was so goood
