This new song of George Sich always makes me cry

- reminds me of mum and dad - dad was killed when we were kids and when mum died in her mid 60's I had a dream one night that she was dancing in a green dress which just spun round her...they met at a bush dance in 1946 and did not grow old together but I have bo doubt that they are now together...

Beautiful. I had never heard of George Sich. My parents also met at a dance, not a bush dance, it was Petersham Town Hall in Sydney. I can remember them dancing in the loungeroom when I was little, to the old 78 records.
Thanks for sharing that, and for making me remember.

Foxy moron - the local radio played him a few times and I had to follow him up...an unknown but so many people rang in to say they loved this song...
