Chemtrails ain't contrails.

Contrails? Oh Sure!

Pigs might fly.

Must have been some huge jets over my house to leave contrails like this which hung about for hours dissolving into an ugly thready kind of "Cloud" cover, the like of which we never saw before 2000...

wonder where they are all going to as they are playing tic tac toe above my home out of town and not on the way to

anywhere much. These ones - you got to laugh really - if they were rrrreally passenger jets going between Sydney and Brisbane, are awfully low down and not going North South but east west. Must be some big city out west and they are all traveling to a big city out in the middle of the Pacific ocean...

so how come every single time these bastards are all over the sky, I have a sore throat? How come I know they are out there before I go outside and look up....

its the same sudden onset sore throat every time... and it goes away by the next day...

Anything to do with the expected rain (heavy) in the area this week?

Yuck! Sounds like your equivalent to the "Brown Cloud" Denver is famous for. Also sounds like you're being handed the same rhetoric we around here are about that Brown Cloud: "Oh, it's nothing. Not dangerous at all. It's all in your head!"

Jahteh...bingo!...they are there again today. In the US they admit what they are doing...call it weather modification...they have measured Barium amongst other toxic stuff in this way beyong EPA guidlines...

Eternally Curious - they must think we are stupid...We don't see nor think about this sort of thing till it smacks us in the chops...then you can't not see it.

have you no environment protection agency to ask about this sort of thing, mc?

Old man of the sea, what a good idea... never thought of that. They are over our place and all up and down the east coast of Australia sometimes almost daily for periods...then none...then back again. I'll let you know.

I thought they were sorta pretty..but now that I think about it,I've noticed that everytime the space shuttle goes up,some sort of bizarre wheather phenomenon follows!..

I'm soooo tempted to say you have a sore throat because you run about the garden shouting in a wild manner much like wild wedding hair ;) ;) that you give yourself a sore thrapple. But I know you would never thole that explanation and probably grab me by the thrapple.

Soooo it might have taken a while but I now know what you are talking about as regards chem-trails and I am worried!

I'm in Texas...tic-tac-toe in our sky as well!!! Never have seen this before, EVER!!! One of my employees said it was probably the aliens popping in to check us out...he laughed..(tiny laugh)..but all the same, it's worrisome....Chemicals? There's nothing in the news about it.

Far out Therese!!! I so believe this...and thats why the kids get the sore throats and not necessarily from a cold either. The other day we had some commercial planes doing test flights after some maintenance over our place, I know this because of the path they were taking from Avalon airfield and well, you guessed it, we all had sore throats!!

Rang the EPA...said they'd get back to me... rang the airforce base...said they'd get back to me... don't think I want to stick my head up any higher.

In the US they 'admit' to this...its called weather modification... they say. There is legislation to do with this

The big difference between Chemtrails and Contrails which is celarly evident is that contrails are condensation and disappear soon after the jet has passed...and they dissappear completely. These things hang about for ages depending on the wind. They spread out accross the sky and on days when it is heavy within a couple of hours they can turn a bright sunny day into a wierd thready overcast cover of stuff...
