Me eldest drove me back to where we used to live and we went to all the old places - lots of laughter, some tears and the best time possible with her. I needed to connect with her this way.

It is the first time you have returned? I am sure there were many mixed emotions. I don't think you have showed us Don't headstone before. Very nice.

No AndrewI went back in late 2012 - don't miss the old town at all, strangely - but I do miss the place we used to live...The headstone was mad in late 2007 -I was amazed it was covered in a green lichen which took some removing - it was about 1000% humidity that day and I think we had every fly in NSW in our faces...Melissa does not like these sorts of conditions very much : )

Oh Therese I am so sorry I missed this! Happy belated 60th! You don't look it. Don's headstone is lovely and I love the photos of you and Melissa there.
