Grief is a process, a journey, but you know that, and everyone takes the time that they need to go through it. <br /><br />I loved your description of the nature around your home and the beauty of it all, we're so lucky to be able to live in rural Australia, let anone our wonderful country. You're sounding so much better, and that is not to lessen your pain and your missing Don, but eventually we do find happiness again.<br /><br />I know what you mean about seeing families all together when you're alone, been there. Lately I see grandmothers with their grandkids who are obviously a part of their daily lives and I get pangs but what can we do? It's not like the old days when families all lived within cooee of each other. My mum probably thinks the same of us who are scattered all over the country.<br />Okay rambling here.
