I have always really liked this photo of our second daugter. She was pretty happy on the day this was taken, she'd just pinched my cup of tea and we were having a lovely time...

when this photo was develloped I didn't notice much except that there was something so nice about the look on Ali's face. For some time it just sat there...a favourite photo but nothing so special...

Later on, she rang me and was really upset about things in her life. In my own despair, I pulled out the photo and was looking at it and noticed the big light thingie to the left of her Head. To date no one of those who are photographic experts have worked out what it is... when I have zoomed in on it it has form and texture...

I may lose some here and sorry don't care...but she was so very ill at the time and had been for ages... I feel she has an angel beside her... apart from the angel inside of her...... nothing to do with religion...at all...I am not into the stuff myself. But I believe in angels! Posted by Picasa

I believe in angels too, and I too see a waiflike girl who maybe does need an angel. Nice photo.

So, can I quickly share an angel story? My niece, adopted from India at age 2 with severely clubbed feet, a tiny frail thing, was sitting on her brother's bed in a second story bedroom. She was about 12 I guess. She was fighting with her brothers and was kicking at them. She kicked hard at one of them, causing her to push back against the screen on the window - and out the window she went, back and head first. Her brother ran screaming downstairs, alerting my sister. They ran outside to find Kaylee lying on her back in the yard about 6 or 8 feet from the house - apparently fine. They could see the places on the siding where her feet had scraped on her way down, and yet, somehow, she had landed several feet away - far enough away to keep her from being impaled on a lightning rod that poked up through the ground just below the window. She told her mother that the angels had carried her down and placed her gently on the ground. At the hospital, the doctors could only shake their heads in amazement. She was completely fine, no broken bones, nothing. She told the story about the angels again at dinner that night, and no one doubted their existence.

Wish we all had angels who did that... maybe we do...who knows how many times we'd have been killed before we actually finally are... Hm!
